Ryan Found as Habitual Offender

Today, July 19th, Judge Robert Wyatt found Travis Shane Ryan, 47, Lake Charles, to be a third or subsequent habitual offender. He was sentenced to 60 years in prison at hard labor on each of the three (3) counts of Pornography Involving a Juvenile Under 13; 10 years in prison at hard labor on one (1) count Computer Aided Solicitation of a Minor; 4 years in prison at hard labor on one (1) count Possession of CDS II; and 20 years in prison on each of the two (2) counts of Pornography Involving a Juvenile.

The charges of Computer Aided Solicitation of a Minor, Pornography Involving a Juvenile Under 13, and Pornography Involving a Juvenile are all to be served without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence and are to run concurrently. The charge of Possession of CDS II is to run consecutively. He was sentenced to a total of 64 years.
