On February 27, 2015 a jury convicted Jon Wray Baumberger of Second Degree Murder.
Baumberger was convicted of killing his 44-year-old wife, Treasa Baumberger. Treasa died from asphyxiation on December 5, 2010. The incident occurred at their home on Sam Houston Jones Parkway in Moss Bluff.
Baumberger will be sentenced on March 13, 2015 by Judge G. Michael Canaday.
